Hongxin's technicians have developed certain expertise through continuous production, and here’s what buyers should check after the installation is complete:

Baling Machine A balanced base is essential—ensure proper leveling, fill any gaps, and, if the equipment includes a conveyor, verify that its height and alignment match those of the conveyor system. After installation is complete, thoroughly inspect each component to confirm that all connections are secure and that no debris remains on the machine. Be sure to add sufficient lubrication to both the reducer and gearbox. Only proceed with a test run once you’ve double-checked that everything is functioning correctly. During the test run, check whether the machine reverses unexpectedly; if the direction is correct, let it idle for 30 minutes to listen for any unusual noises or overheating in the components. If issues arise, address them immediately. Once everything operates smoothly, prepare 300 kg of dry material—such as dry coal powder, fine sand, or refractory materials—and begin the dry grinding and polishing process. Repeat this cycle about five times before officially starting production.

Please note: Moisture content affects Baling Machine Pressure and demolding have a significant impact—make sure you master these aspects. Excellence comes from dry operation before wet; never attempt to start the machine under heavy load. During the initial phase of normal production, always assign a dedicated person to closely monitor the process, ensuring no component bolts become loose. If any issue arises, immediately stop the machine. Additionally, after the first 30 days of running-in, be sure to replace the lubricating oil in the reducer and gearbox with fresh gear oil. It’s crucial to pay attention to the running-in period of all components—avoid overloading them during this critical phase. Regular daily maintenance is also essential to ensure your equipment operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
