1. Before starting production each day, carefully inspect the pellet press for any loose installation screws, check oil levels, monitor motor current, assess bearing temperatures, and examine the condition of the V-belts and cylinder pressure. If pressure fluctuations occur due to temperature changes or oil leaks, replenish with fresh oil or adjust the system to restore the specified working pressure. If oil leakage is detected in the hydraulic system during operation, immediately stop the machine, repair the leak, and only restart once the issue has been resolved. Regular maintenance and thorough inspections not only extend the equipment's lifespan but also minimize downtime caused by unexpected stops, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.

2. Use and Inspection of Lubricant for the Dry Powder Ball Press Machine: Ensure that the gear oil in the open-type gearbox immerses the gears by more than 60 mm; for the reducer, add gear oil until it also reaches a level of at least 60 mm above the gears. Additionally, open the roller shaft bearings every three months to either replace the grease or top them up using a grease gun.

3. Regular Inspection of the Dry Powder Briquetting Machine: - Open the machine for internal cleaning and inspection, checking for wear on components such as bearings, screws, triangular liners, and material nozzles; replace bearing grease as needed. - Sweep away any dust that has fallen onto the briquetting machine during operation, ensuring thorough dust removal throughout the disassembly process. Avoid allowing dust to enter moving parts at all costs. - Remove the inspection cover from the gearbox to examine the gears for wear and ensure proper meshing. - Take off the bearing caps from the roller shafts to inspect the bearings for signs of wear. - Finally, check the foundation bolts and safety bolts to ensure they are properly tightened—if loose, retighten them immediately.
