　　The pre-compression forced feeding system for the double-roller ball press not only provides mandatory feed to both compression rollers but also actively expels air from the material during the pre-compression process, facilitating easier material shaping. This, in turn, enhances the density and strength of the formed balls. Additionally, the system incorporates a variable-frequency motor, allowing precise adjustment of the pre-compression screw’s rotational speed and, consequently, the feed rate. As a result, the ball-forming efficiency is significantly improved, reaching over 90%.
