2. Be sure to promptly clean up any dust that falls onto the ball press machine, and also take care to remove dust during disassembly—making sure to prevent it from entering the machine’s moving parts.

3. The feeding conveyor belt in front of the ball press machine must be equipped with a magnet to prevent damage to the machine. During the conveying process, ensure the conveyor is operating smoothly, and remember to adjust it properly so that the equipment can run efficiently in subsequent production stages.

4. During the mixing process, controlling the right amount of moisture directly determines the quality of the formed pellets. The ideal dryness level—where the mixture holds its shape when firmly squeezed in your hand—can be fine-tuned through practice during production.
